Artist Statement

Photography was a way I thought I could express emotion. It brought me joy to see how my final prints come out to, or the look of a friend's face after I show them my shots. I don't want this to be just for a 1-semester class, I'd rather have it as a hobby. I've learned a lot this semester about taking a good photo, and what makes a good photo.

Style

If I were to continue taking pictures I'd have this set style or pattern in my shots if I were to shoot freely. I always liked taking pictures in a darker environment or setting. I like street-style, and I like to capture other people's sense of fashion. Street-wear mixed in with a dark background or abandoned.
